We've all been there. We need to balance our budget - maybe because we are trying to save up for something special, or maybe because we are overspending and need to find a way to brings costs down.
Bringing costs down can seem very daunting at first. Where on earth can you save? It's hard when you try and look at the whole picture at once. However, if you try and break it down into smaller parts, then it's a much easier task.
Some simple ideas on how to save money would be perhaps your cable. Do you need all the premium channels? Do you care if you see the new, hot shows when they come out? Or would you wait a season to get them on Netflix? I mean, realistically, could you just stop using cable?
What about your car. Do you need two cars? Maybe you can get buy with only one? Could you car pool with someone in order to achieve that and save the environment all at the same time? Maybe don't get rid of your car entirely. Maybe you could just trade off carpooling with someone every other month, which would help decrease your gas costs.
You could also take a look at your hair care products. Do you need name brand conditioner? Maybe for those special occasions. But, what about just going to work? Or after the gym? You could save maybe a bottle or two a year. Hey, that $60 or $70 dollars, when added to the money you save on cable, on gas, and other things, can really add up.
So why not add saving 10% on ink toner, laser toner, and printer cartridges to all of that? I say go for it!
